TypeError: e.apply is not a function

I made this code, and I want it to print the numbers and if the cpu number is higher than the player number it should print ‘your number is lower than mine’, and if the player number is higher it should print ‘your number is higher than mine’, but I have an error, it appears “TypeError: e.apply is not a function”. here is the code:
console.log(‘Let’s play a game! The one who gets the highest number wins!’) ;
for (var Number = 1 ; Number < 50 ; Number = Number + 1) ;
function cpuRandomNumber() {
return pickRandom(Number) ;
}
function PlayerRandomNumber() {
return pickRandom(Number) ;
}
var cpuRandomNumber = cpuRandomNumber(Number) ;
var PlayerRandomNumber = PlayerRandomNumber(Number) ;
console.log('cpuRandomNumber: ’ + cpuRandomNumber) ;
console.log('PlayerRandomNumber: ’ + PlayerRandomNumber) ;
if (cpuRandomNumber(Number) > PlayerRandomNumber(Number))
console.log(‘Your number is lower than mine.’) ;
if (cpuRandomNumber(Number) < PlayerRandomNumber(Number))
console.log(‘Your number is higher than mine!’) ;

Thanks
