Do you mean that the app does not sync with the webpage? If yes, that’s an issue that the developers of the app must resolve.

Hey there, try filing a bug report. That will allow us to look at the app’s logs and figure out what might be causing the issue.

If you’re seeing this issue in the mobile app, you can send a report from the main menu (at the top-left of the screen), selecting Settings, then Report a Bug.

If you’re on the Grasshopper website, tap the ellipses menu button at the top-right corner of the screen, then select Send Feedback.
