Help: Can't download my certificates

I completed a course and I would love to get the certificate just to keep score, but everytime I do, it keeps saying “Error permission denied.”

I tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app, even tried to send it thru Facebook and email, but failed to get the certificate.

Is this a bug? What should I do?

It Maybe A Bug, But Weird. Why The App Doesn’t Have Permission. It is So Weird. Try To Gave Permission to the app to folders by your Phone Settings. That May Help.
