There are many online tools you can use to create a color and get the RGB values. There are also options to upload your own photo and then use an “eyedropper” tool to identify the color of one of the pixels. Here is one option.
The in-app playground doesn’t have all the features for animations yet, but there is a separate animations playground for now.
