Can you actually make a full fledged mobile app?

So I’m a coding newbie and I know next to nothing abouy javascript but I was just wondering that is it really possible to create a full fledged mobile app with everything taught in the curriculum of grasshopper? Just wondering.

Although I’m just doing fundamentals 2, I doubt you’ll be able to make a full fledged mobile app with just the knowledge of grasshopper. You’ll need more coding lessons and practice

I have done my grasshopper course and now I can make websites and apps.
